heads up, i think every school has a better option than sky iron hasta when they hit level 100. as long as the wizard hasn't finished polaris, they can farm special khrysalis wands from moros (evil bartleby). they're like lite versions of the 115 wand, maybe even better if you want crit and block. here's an example of one.
